Phone Rings:
Sofia: “Hi, I’m just calling to see how you’re feeling today.”
Me: “Well, I didn’t sleep well, feeling tired, not going to run any marathons today.”
Sofia: “You never run any marathons”
And onward we go…
***The 2nd shot hurt, when in pain, I sing, so many heard my rendition of the theme from Batman. Told that today, I might not feel “great”, I don’t.
Shot arm is sore, small price to pay to have two layers of protection against a virus that has claimed so many lives, destroyed so much for so many.
I feel that together, as a country we are taking a collective step forward, I know not everyone is getting vaccinated, for me, it was the right choice.
I believe in Science.
