It’s the strangest thing for goodness sake.
Basura Cat likes to eat grapes.
For every grape that I feed to me.
I have to feed Basura at least two or three.

What’s next? Now she wants grapes and a fan.
“I’m Cleopatra'” she says, “Queen of the sand!”
I relied, “No, You’re the Queen of Denial.”
We stopped eating grapes and both had to smile.

Basura likes spinach, watermelon and cheese.
She wants to go shopping and buy whatever she please.
Can you imagine a cat with a cart strolling through the store?
People would stop and stare as their jaws hit the floor.

It’s such fun having a buddy during COVID 19.
When sometimes the world seems kind of mean.
We play and we cook, we laugh and we chat.
Just a girl with guitar and her talented cat.
