Basura Cat found her favorite spot on the floor,
Saying, that she is not moving anymore.
It’s her favorite space in the entire house,
She won’t move, not even for a mouse.
It’s next to where my students come and sit,
They don’t seem to mind Basura Cat, no not a bit.
She prances and rubs against their musical legs,
For just a little pat, she’s a princess that begs.
Then it’s into their guitar cases she does creep,
During their lessons, she falls fast asleep.
After each lesson, we roller tape down,
So no one leaves with cat fur, with never a frown.
It’s our favorite time and our favorite place
Teaching our students with masks over our face
Plexiglas divider, 6 feet apart,
We love our students with all of our hearts.
