So I sat and watched my cat watching TV
She yelled, “Make a tortilla is so easy!”
It was the first round, just a small dish
With Snap peas, chocolate Pretzels and a fresh piece of Fish

Then came round 2, it was the entrée
Basura cat was pacing, with so much to say
“Grind the pork, make a meatball, and fry it up in the pan
Add coriander, salt and pepper, don’t cut your hand!”

The ingredients for desert where even worse
It was like all the baskets were under a curse
With Broccoli, Cheetos, and old fruitcake
Basura cried, “Make Cheetos Ice Cream and a crumble bake!”

Chopped is one of my cat’s favorite shows
She says, “If I was on it, I would win it, I know!”
Because she insists I’ve entered her name
To be a contestant on her favorite TV cooking game.
